As the associate designer of this project, the objective was to create a platform that facilitates access to necessary goods and services while promoting responsible borrowing practices. Problem statement

Many individuals encounter financial challenges when faced with unexpected expenses for essential items like groceries or utility bills. Traditional loan services often come with cumbersome application processes and are not specifically designed to address these immediate needs.

Research and analysis

In-depth research was conducted by the principal designer to understand the financial behaviors and needs of our target audience. User interviews, surveys, and market analysis revealed a demand for a solution that provides access to essential goods and services on a loan basis.
